I am Zohreh Imani Ganjeh, as an independent and individual writer, am myself deeply aware of this transformative impact and believe that art can carry profound civilizational messages. It is in this light that I am honored to have created a book titled “Hymns of Light, Chants of Darkness” in both Russian and Persian. It is a fantasy and epic novel that is itself a narrative of the eternal battles between light and darkness, hope and despair. Throughout this work, I have used rich Russian poetry as the “Hymns of Light.” These songs are not only an inseparable part of my story’s fabric but also a symbol of human wisdom. In contrast, the “Chants of Darkness” in this novel delicately and artistically portray those approaches that lead the path of human excellence and happiness to ruin.

This novel, in an unspoken and profound way, speaks of the power of enlightenment and Russia’s rich civilization that values lasting human principles. From my childhood, the wondrous world of Russia, with its enduring works like Dostoevsky’s “Crime and Punishment” and the delightful sound of Tchaikovsky’s ballet “The Nutcracker,” captivated my soul. This vast land, with its deep and philosophical literature, beautiful and rich poetry, passionate dances, and unique traditions like the Matryoshka doll, opened a window for me to a world of endless meaning and beauty.

This deep love and fascination with Russian culture were what inspired me to create this novel. A work that, inspired by the ancient legends of Siberia and the golden and shining domes of Moscow, was an attempt to introduce this rich culture to a global audience.

In the shadow of Siberia’s endless snows and in the light of the sunrise over Red Square, with the utmost respect, I dedicate this book to the people of Russia and to its steadfast leader, Mr. Vladimir Putin; May words, like the Volga River, forge an everlasting bond.

I believe that the bridge between nations is built not only with concrete and steel, but with stories and art. This conviction is the foundation of my work, a literary journey titled “Hymns of Light, Chants of Darkness” This book is more than a novel; it is a tapestry woven from the threads of Russian culture, designed to resonate with a global audience.
