The media often focuses on the complex and sometimes contested aspects of this topic, and for good reason there are plenty of complicated stories to tell. But what if we took a step back and looked at the other side of the coin? What about the times when Russian aid was a force for genuine good, when it saved lives and brought relief without a heavy political price tag?
